FREE weekly meal for anyone - no questions asked!!
We are offer a FREE weekly meal at the Howell Bennett Center. This meal is being offered 100% free of charge and is open to any interested party - no questions asked. Regardless of it you do not feel like cooking, have been busy with the kids all day and unable to go grocery shopping, or just want to come hang out with other people from the community - this meal is for you!
Meals will be offered from 6pm to 8pm every Wednesday evening at the Howell Bennett Center. No paper work required, no ID needed, no pay check stub or proof of residency - if you are a person and would like a free meal you are qualified and welcome to come eat with us! The Bennett Center is located at 925 W. Grand River Ave. in Howell.
We always want to make sure we have plenty of food at our weekly dinners. If you are planning on coming could you please give us a shout a few days ahead of time, so we know how many groceries to purchase. We understand plans change, but any advance notice you can give us is greatly appreciated. We base our groceries on the previous weeks numbers, so as to not waste food by preparing too much and we always want to make sure we have enough food for all who come.

Curious what we serve at the torch? we pride ourselves on offering quality food made with fresh ingredients and having something everyone will like. if you are not a fan of our main dish - we always have peanut butter and jelly on hand and will be glad to make you a sandwich.
