100% of all the donations we receive to keep the organization running and the food truck on the road. We take no salaries, and count on you, our supporters, to help us pay for the overhead costs associated with keeping the food truck, and catering trucks, on the road. We can do this because our organization is run by a group of over 50 passionate and selfless volunteers who choose to live simply so others can simply live.
