We receive my requests to cater events with the food truck and would love to work with you to help you create a unique event and add to your celebrations.
Our nonprofit food truck and catering truck can be rented out between two and six hours to meet your unique event needs. Please note, The Torch is operated by volunteers, so we may not be able to fulfill all catering requests, due to conflicts with work and regular food truck service nights. However, we would love to hear from you and see if we could serve your group, so please feel out a contact form and tell us more about your event. |

What events can we cater? We are willing to cater any event from; weddings, graduations, anniversaries, parties, baby showers, and anything in-between.
How many people can you serve? We are confident we can cater any size event, as we have served 200 people in an hour from the food truck. Please note, the size of the party being served will greatly impact the menu options, as some items take a lot longer to cook in the food truck than others.
What is your catering menu? We have no catering menu, as our food truck specialized in every type of cuisine. We would love to hear more about what you would like at your event, and work with you to create a menu that you are happy with, as well as that we can prepare in the food truck. We have served everything from bacon swiss mushroom burgers, to our signature hot dogs, to tacos and gourmet grilled cheese in the food truck.
